Founded in 1862 as a special factory for railroad lighting, LK Metallwaren has concentrated since the 1960s on five areas of expertise in the field of plant engineering: Hall Heating, Sound Insulation, Water Treatment, Process Technology and Metalware and has been able to develop into a sought-after specialist in each of these application disciplines.

Our particular strength lies in the development of solutions that are tailored one-to-one to the needs of our customers. We are equally capable of implementing very specific as well as highly complex requirement profiles. These include both the configuration of various parameters in the area of process engineering and energy efficiency (efficiencies) as well as the selection of materials and the adaptation of the plant dimensioning to the respective conditions at our customer’s site.

In addition, we attach particular importance to the climate-, environment- and resource-friendly design of our machines. With this ability to create customized configurations for a wide range of requirement profiles, we have been setting standards in our industry for many years.

From our two production sites in Schwabach in Central Franconia and in Weißandt-Gölzau/Saxony-Anhalt, we deliver throughout Europe.

The use of state-of-the-art production processes in metalworking, in particular for stainless steel materials, as well as our tried-and-tested process technology are and remain the success factors for our future-oriented development.
