Whether for use in the metalworking industry, for surface treatments, in the automotive sector or plant engineering, we are able to tailor our system configurations to your exact requirements. This applies not only to special features involving the use of special, customer-specific media.
Thanks to the modular design we use, the filter systems can be scaled with a high span and can be integrated into existing systems almost at will, even in complex space situations.
Our membrane cleaning system is particularly efficient due to its specific cleaning process, which can be heated with heat exchangers, as it obtains a large part of its heating energy, e.g. from the use of waste or process heat.
By using particularly high-quality materials such as stainless steel and ceramics (for the membrane), we guarantee a far above-average longevity as well as long maintenance intervals with little time and material expenditure for the operator.

Tangential separator
Three-phase separation for highest efficiency
The operation of tangential separators in water treatment is designed for the different flow behavior and density differences of water, light liquids and sediments. Simple separators separate the sediments from the liquid by sinking. By applying centrifugal and radial forces, the tangential separator is able to separate light liquids and sediments (the latter up to a particle size of 5 µm) simultaneously.
The special effectiveness of LK tangential separators is based on their three-phase separation, consisting of light phase, clean water phase and sediment phase, as well as a double-acting oil extractor. The high design allows small footprints, so that the separator can be integrated even in confined spaces.
In addition, LK tangential separators are ideally suited for pretreatment for subsequent filtration or further water treatment stages; in this function, they can usually be retrofitted to existing plants without complications. This is an option especially if the aim is to effectively relieve the subsequent procedures. In conjunction with the light liquid separator, the tangential separator ensures maximum reliable separation of heavy and light phases – especially in the case of high dirt loads and media that are difficult to separate.

For general protection against the pollution of water bodies, the Water Resources Act (WHG) stipulates that the amount of pollutants contained in wastewater must be pollutants as possible according to the current state of the art. Accordingly, the wastewater generated by commercial and industrial cleaning processes must be precleaned as far as possible of impurities: Dirt, paint residues, oils or heavy metals must be pre-cleaned – regardless of whether they are present as particles, in emulsions or in dissolved form.
To enable pure water quality in accordance with legal requirements or special customer requirements, we offer the entire spectrum of services in wastewater treatment in the field of chemical-physical (CP) plants: from robust, space-saving compact plants to complete plants for standard or complex requirements.
Regardless of the processes used (flotation, flocculation or chemical treatment), the modular plant concept forms the basis for an individually adapted, customer-specific design.
Another important advantage of CP systems: Our systems can be operated independently of the existing plant structure and are ready for immediate use after completion.
