Extract heat from the air!
More and more companies are striving for the greatest possible independence from fossil fuels. In order to be able to offer alternative drive energies for the operation of hall heating systems as well, LK Metallwaren has developed the CO2-neutral LK warm air generator “Green-Climate-System (GCS)“. Instead of gas or oil, the “Green Climate System” simply takes advantage of existing outdoor as well as indoor air conditions.
Heat, cool and ventilate halls efficiently!
The “heart” of the system is the radial impeller. This draws in both the heated hall air and fresh outside air and feeds it into the hall via a mixing chamber, an air filter and a heating coil. The register is connected to the heat pump package installed on the roof. Depending on the desired temperature, it cools or heats the passing air. At outside temperatures below freezing point, it is also possible to cover peak loads by using an electronic roof heating coil. The advantage of the LK GCS warm air heater is that it uses one hundred percent of the outside air to generate heat. This not only promotes independence from fossil fuels when heating halls, but also already meets the requirements in the Climate Protection Act.
