Our silencers are made of galvanized sheet steel, optionally of stainless steel, and have flow-optimized internal baffles with sound-absorbing filling material.
The lining is made with perforated sheet metal covers and moisture-resistant insulating material, which is bonded to prevent flow. Splitter silencers in rectangular design and round models with inner pipe offer maximum flexibility with consistent acoustic performance.
The soundproof enclosure is based on multi-layer insulation: sound-absorbing panels, seals and decoupled frames minimize airborne and structure-borne noise. Integrated ventilation systems ensure machine cooling.

What are round silencers used for?
Circular versions are usually installed in ducting systems with a centric air flow. They are compact, streamlined and effective at medium to high frequencies.
How are the silencers technically designed?
The basis is the frequency analysis of the noise source as well as the ventilation parameters such as volume flow and pressure loss. On this basis, the required insertion loss is determined by our experts.
Which materials are used?
Galvanized sheet steel is standard. For hygienic or corrosive environments, we offer stainless steel variants or special coatings.
How are the silencers installed in ventilation systems?
Installation is carried out using flange connections or as an insertion into duct or pipe systems. Adaptations to existing systems are possible without any problems
Do the silencers meet current standards?
Yes, we manufacture in accordance with DIN EN 1507 (rectangular ducts) and DIN EN 12237 (round ducts). We also observe VDI guidelines for noise reduction in ventilation and air conditioning systems
