The sound insulation walls consist of welded steel frames with acoustically effective filling (e.g. mineral wool). The surface can be designed as perforated sheet metal with fleece on the back or as smooth sheet steel cladding. Windows, doors, cable ducts or ventilation elements can be integrated as an option.
Our soundproof walls combine absorbing and insulating properties. The sound is dampened by the mass of the wall structure and additionally absorbed by the open-pored structure of the absorber materials.

Solidly constructed walls made of concrete, steel or wood offer first-class sound insulation and high quality. They provide good sound insulation for entire hall areas.

The correct dimensioning of the sound insulation wall is crucial for effective sound insulation. To minimize sound diffraction, the length of the wall should ideally be four to five times the height of the wall. At the same time, it is important to ensure that the top edge of the wall is at least one meter above the highest source of noise. The required wall thickness depends on the materials used and the structural requirements and is usually between 8 and 20 centimetres.
