Combinable – functionally built – low-maintenance use
Sedimentation systems from LK Metallwaren form coherent, well-engineered systems: they can also be combined with other (comprehensive) systems.
This applies in particular to the combination of sedimentation and our light liquid separators, to which they can be directly adapted as settling and pre-separation tanks. Its height-adjustable partition also ensures optimum separation of the particles contained in the medium in the sludge or heavy phase. The special quality of our stainless steel tanks is reflected – in comparison with painted steel or plastic tanks, for example – in their far above-average product service life, with operating times of well over ten years. Another advantage of the LK sludge tank is the low maintenance it entails.

The rectangular floor plan ensures the best possible utilization of space on site and can also be adapted to complex installation situations or application specifics. Not only the shape, but also the dimensions are selectable here within a wide range. The possible volumes range from 50 liters to 50 cubic meters as standard, larger room dimensions are also possible on request. In addition, we manufacture all types of (stainless) steel containers, including collection, template, buffer, working and stacking containers, according to appropriate specifications!
