From October 9 to 11, 2025, FLORIAN will once again open its doors in Dresden – and LK Metall will be there with a special highlight: the exclusive premiere of the LK-OILMASTER, our brand new, mobile separator system on a trailer.
With the LK-OILMASTER, we present an innovative solution for immediate use wherever there is a risk of environmental pollution but no stationary separation technology is available. Whether for oil spills, in industry, on construction sites or in the event of natural disasters – the LK-OILMASTER brings clean performance to where it is really needed.

The LK-OILMASTER is fully equipped – for maximum operational capability directly on site. Standard or configurable on request:
- Complete hose system incl. spiral hoses with Storz coupling
- Suction lance with handles for precise work
- Stainless steel pontoon skimmer (can be dismantled)
- Oil storage tank (210 l) with integrated drain pump
- Aluminum single ladder (compactly stowed under the base plate)
- Control unit in switch cabinet (IP65) with display and signaling system
- Petrol-powered generator set on extendable frame
- Retrofittable flow meter & remote monitoring via mobile radio

- Separation capacity: up to 10 l/s
- Pump capacity: up to 18 m³/h
- Volume: 2,500 l sludge trap / 750 l separator / 210 l oil storage tank
