A look back at LogiMAT 2025 in Stuttgart
At this year’s LogiMAT 2025 in Stuttgart from 11.03. to 13.03.2025, more than 1,500 international exhibitors presented solutions for automation, robotics and sustainability. The trade fair will once again occupy the entire 120,000 square meters of exhibition space and thus cover the entire spectrum of intralogistics solutions and process management.
Among the exhibitors of innovative automation processes, robotics and sustainability, the operating equipment of logistics and warehouses should of course not be missing. For this reason, we will be there with our efficient and innovative hall heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems. every year.
As in previous years, we were on board with our trade fair team in Hall 5 Stand 5B26. This year we had given our stand a new design and explained in a new trade fair film how a hall can be equipped with our CO2-neutral hall heating systems.
This year, the focus was on the LK REKU ventilation systems, which ensure CO2-neutral heating, ventilation and air conditioning of logistics and storage halls. With this system technology, the extracted hall exhaust air is routed via a plate exchanger in the winter months and up to 84% is recovered.
In the summer months, the exhaust air is routed directly to the outside via a bypass and the fresh air is distributed in the hall via the outside air supply, thereby improving the hall climate enormously.
As the air flow between the supply and extract air is separated in the plate exchanger, the LK REKU ventilation system can also be used in areas containing pollutants.
In combination with heat pumps, warehouses and logistics halls can be heated or cooled efficiently and sustainably. A special heating and cooling coil, which is connected to a cascade of several heat pumps, ensures temperature control in line with demand. Air-to-air heat pumps with the refrigerant R32 or air-to-water heat pumps with the natural refrigerant R290 are used.
An integrated filter cleans the intake air of dirt and dust particles during the entire air exchange process. In the summer months, the heat pump switches to cooling mode to create a pleasant working environment even when temperatures rise.
The combination of ventilation system and heat pump offers you a flexible and environmentally friendly solution for every season.
In addition, interval control enables cost-efficient intermittent ventilation, for example during break times, which significantly reduces energy costs compared to continuous ventilation.
Our LK hall heating and ventilation systems can also be operated with other sustainable heat generators such as geothermal energy, wood chips or pellets. Conversions are possible within a short time and with minimal technical effort.
